At Bottle Bites, every order is prepared and packed with care, hygiene, and love. Since our dry fruit bites are food items and we are currently delivering orders on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis during our pre-launch, we have a few simple guidelines to keep things fair for everyone.
By placing an order, you agree to the policy below.
Returns
Because our products are fresh and perishable, we’re unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered. This helps us maintain quality and food safety for all our customers.
When Can You Get a Refund or Replacement?
We’re happy to help if something genuinely goes wrong. Refunds or replacements may be offered if:

You received the wrong product

The product arrived damaged

The package looked opened or tampered with at the time of delivery
How to Reach Us
If you face any of the above issues:

Please contact us within 2 to 3 days of delivery

Share clear photos or a short video of the product and packaging

Our team will review the issue and get back to you
Once verified, we’ll either:

Send you a replacement, or
-
Process a refund via UPI or bank transfer (since the order was COD)
What We Can’t Offer Refunds For
We won’t be able to provide refunds or replacements if:

You change your mind after delivery

Delivery fails due to an incorrect address or phone number

The order is refused at delivery without a genuine reason

There are small natural differences in dry fruits (size, color, shape)
About COD Orders
Refusing COD orders without a valid reason may affect future COD availability.
This helps us reduce food waste and continue serving our customers better.
