Welcome to Bottle Bites! These Terms explain how our website and services work when you browse bottlebites.in or place an order for our dry fruit bites.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Who Can Use the Website

You can use our website if:

  • You are 18 years or older, or using it under adult supervision

  • You are legally allowed to place an order

  • You provide accurate information when ordering

2. Orders & Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • All orders during pre-launch are Cash on Delivery (COD) only

  • Orders are confirmed based on availability

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch

  • Once dispatched, COD orders cannot be cancelled

  • Repeated refusal of COD orders without a valid reason may disable COD for future orders

  • We may cancel orders if we suspect fraud or misuse

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in INR and shown at checkout

  • Delivery charges, if any, are displayed at checkout

  • COD orders must be paid in full at the time of delivery

  • We do not store or process card, UPI, or bank details during pre-launch

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates

  • Delays may happen due to location, weather, or logistics

  • Bottle Bites is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery partners

  • Please provide accurate delivery details to avoid failed deliveries

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are not accepted after delivery

  • Refunds or replacements are only for damaged, tampered, or incorrect items

  • Issues must be reported within 2–3 days of delivery with photos or videos

  • The final decision rests with Bottle Bites

6. Product Information & Allergens

  • Our products contain dry fruits and may include allergens

  • Small natural differences in size, colour, or texture are normal — that’s part of the natural charm of our products!

  • Please check the ingredients before eating, especially if you have allergies.

  • Bottle Bites is not responsible for allergic reactions due to individual sensitivities

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Bottle Bites is not responsible for:

  • Minor variations in products

  • Delivery issues caused by incorrect customer information

  • Allergic reactions where ingredients are clearly listed

8. Privacy

We handle your personal information (like name, phone number, and address) according to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we keep your data safe and only use it for your orders.

9. Governing Law

These Terms follow the laws of India. Any disputes, if they arise, will be handled in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
